🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened sachets or bottles.
• Damaged or tampered packaging (post-delivery).

🔁 Eligible Returns (Only if):

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or leaked packaging at the time of delivery
• Product expired at the time of delivery

📸 Proof required: Clear photo of the product label, batch number, and outer packaging within 6 hours of delivery.

💰 Refund Process:

Refund within 3–5 working days after verification
Refund via original payment mode or wallet credit or replacement.
